The Scream Bar is a joint venture by two close friends who have spent the last three years transforming the Grade 2 listed site – a former leather factory – into an ultra-hip social space.
The friends, who both hail from the heart of the East End, say they are “delighted” that the club has been adopted by the “clubbing set”.
They said: “We tried to deliver a venue that would offer something for everyone – whether they wanted to party until the small hours or chill out.
“It seems we've succeeded, as clubbers from both the local area and around London have been flocking in to check us out. More importantly, they've been returning.
“That's thanks to our main principle – that the client comes first. We make each and every customer feel important and nurture a special bond.”
As well as helping bolster the local economy and cement Shoreditch's reputation as the East End's coolest nightspot, the Scream Bar has also been supporting the community's thriving artistic scene.
Following a £180k refurbishment, the bar is now fitted out with a contemporary artistic décor and boasts a dedicated gallery to promote the area's best new creative talent.
“Shoreditch has been dubbed the 'New Soho' due its range of trendy clubs and creative types so we were keen for the Scream Bar to reflect this,” said Sal.
The venue is split over two floors and is furnished with a high specification dance area and quiet lounge in the basement.
Clubbers can choose from an extensive menu of delicious cocktails and mocktails to get them in the party spirit. |
